Juliana M. Lyons is experienced in handling a wide array of civil litigation and family law matters, as well as transactional work. Juliana joined the firm after serving as judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Penney S. Azcarate of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Virginia (Fairfax Circuit Court), the Commonwealth’s largest trial court. Prior to clerking, she received her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School, where she served as a staff member of the William & Mary Business Law Review.
Since joining Bischoff Martingayle, Juliana’s practice has focused on civil litigation, real estate and construction disputes, and family law, and she has experience drafting and negotiating contracts as they relate to vendors, suppliers, employees, and customers. Juliana is also the Chair of the Virginia Beach Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Committee, and is involved in the I’Anson-Hoffman American Inn of Court.
